You have 4 ways to reach us:
Buses
- Local Bus from Dong Hoi:
Departs regularly, is very cheap but takes around 90 minutes. It can drop you off Phong Nha Town.when you arrival Phong Nha we will pick you up at Capture Vietnam cafe ( just lets us when you arrival Phong Nha). You can get the bus from outside the Nam Ly bus station (Ben Xe Nam Ly) or any bus-stop on Tran Hung Dao street with a blue and white sign at the location The bus is a green and yellow bus, the bus number is B4 and says Dong Hoi – Hoan Lao – Phong Nha across the windscreen.
The bus departs from Dong Hoi at 05h30, 05h45, 07h10, 08h00, 09h00, 10h00, 11h00, 13h00, 14h00, 15h00, 16h00, 17h00

+ when you arrive at Phong Nha town we will pick you up by motorbikes to Granny's house. Please let us know in advance about your arrival time
- Bus from Hue:
1. The DMZ bus is priced at 150,000vnd, leaves the DMZ bar at 14:00, arrives in Phong Nha at 18: 30. You can buy tickets from the DMZ bar on the corner of Le Loi St & Pham Ngu Lao St. Please note that this does NOT stop anywhere in the DMZ, it is a direct bus. It will drop you off at Phong Nha town when you arrival Phong Nha we will pick you up at Capture Vietnam cafe ( just lets us when you arrival Phong Nha). so it’s nice and easy!
2. Hung Thanh bus departs from 49 Chu Van An at 16:30 and arrives at around 22:00. This will drop you off at Phong Nha Town and is the best evening bus to take when you arrival Phong Nha we will pick you up at Capture Vietnam cafe ( just lets us when you arrival Phong Nha). the bus can sometimes get in late. Great if you want to spend most of the day in Hue before heading to Phong Nha.
3. The Tan Nhat bus departs from the Why Not? Bar at 06:30/07:00 and will drop you off in Phong Nha at around 12:00. This is a bus that does a day tour to Phong Nha but also takes passengers. (You will stop at a ruined church along the way. If you walk behind the big building with the statue of the virgin Mary, and go through the gate, there are noodle shops if you didn’t have breakfast, but be quick as you only stop for 20 minutes!). This is a great bus if you want to arrive in time to see Phong Nha cave in the afternoon or explore the area for a few hours. when you arrival Phong Nha we will pick you up at Capture Vietnam cafe ( just lets us when you arrival Phong Nha).
4. The Local Bus. The “Phuc Vu” (don’t ask us to pronounce that) bus departs Hue at 11:30 AM from Hue’s Northern Bus Station. You pay the driver 90,000-150,000VND depending what mood he is in, and tell him “Phong Nha”. This is a local bus and we have no control over it. It is cheap and fast (when it goes on time and doesn’t break down). It takes about 4-5 hours. Registration is 73B-00366. This bus returns Phong Nha to Hue at 05h00 each day.

- Sleeper Bus from Hanoi
The cheapest and most convenient way of getting from Hanoi to Phong Nha is by sleeper bus. We suggest you take the Hung Thanh bus. You can book this bus from the Hung Thanh office at 162B Tran Quang Khai or at Flipside Hostel at 23 Bat Dan Street. The Hung Thanh bus leaves their office at 18:00drops you off at Phong Nha Town at around 04:00 in the morning.when you arrival Phong Nha we will pick you up at Capture Vietnam cafe ( just lets us when you arrival Phong Nha).You can purchase an open bus ticket from Hung Thanh which can then take you onwards to Hue, Hoi An, and beyond.

- Bus from Da Nang/Hoi An
1. Bus from Hoi An. Depart Hoi An at 08:00 on an open bus ticket option available to Hue. We suggest Hanh Cafe which is in partnership with Hung Thanh Travel. Their office is on Thai Phien Street near Hoi An Post Office. You will arrive in Hue at 12:00. When in Hue go to DMZ Bar on the corner of Le Loi Street & Pham Ngu Lao Street to buy your onward ticket to Phong Nha. The cost is 150,000 per person. The DMZ Bus Leaves DMZ Bar at 14:00 Arrives in Phong Nha at 18:30 You can store your bags for free at DMZ Bar while you have lunch or explore the citadel. Taking this bus enables you to get a small experience of Hue. You also get to arrive in Phong Nha, early enough to get something to eat at our restaurant and to book all of our available tours for the following day
2. Local bus from Da Nang. Departs from the Da Nang Bus Station in Da Nang at 01:00 pm. You simply go there and find the Bus with “Da Nang – Phong Nha” written across the front of it. Its Rego plate is 73L9018. You pay the driver 250,000VND depending what mood he is in. This is a local bus and we at Easy Tiger have no control over it. It is cheap and fast when it goes on time and doesn’t break down. There is also a 29 seat bus with the same company called Bao Vuong, with the number 73B-00194.

Flights
The best way to get to Phong Nha is to fly. It is easy and if you book in advance it can be very cheap.
Vietnam Airlines fly to Dong Hoi (VDH) from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) and Hanoi (HAN)
Jetstar and Vietjet fly from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)
They don’t fly every day, so you should check the flight schedules when planning your itinerary. Visit the airlines websites to book your ticket. It is cheaper that way than using an agency.
Once you get to Dong Hoi we can arrange a transfer to Phong Nha for 400,000 VND with a 4 seat car or 500,000 VND with a 7 seats car. Please let us know in advance about your arrival time and flight number.
Trains
Please visit baolau website for the current train schedule and to book your train ticket online. Be sure to book the train to DONG HOI and not Dong Ha. We can arrange a transfer to pick you up when you arrive at the train station it will take about 45 minutes at the cost of 400,000 VND with a 4 seats car or 500,000 VND with a 7 seat car. We always try to put many people in the same car to make you save money. Let us know your arrival time by email or by phone and we will arrange it for you.
If you want to save money you can also take the local bus that will take about 1h30 to 3 hours to arrive to Phong Nha. The bus station is about 1.3 km from the train station. The local bus leaves from outside the bus station at approximately every 1h to 1h30 with departure starting at 6 AM until 5 PM. It costs about 3$ USD but it takes about 90 minutes to get to Phong Nha town.

MOTORBIKES
We are about 45km from Dong Hoi or 195km from Vinh along the Ho Chi Minh road. When you arrive by the Ho Chi Minh Road you will have to take the turnoff under the large sign for the Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park.
